1. Mould readying.

2. The heating up and fusion phase.
Once placed into the oven, the mold is spun on two axis so the powdered polymer liquefies from the heat and layers the inside if the mold. If it overstays, the product will lose stability and strength, creating a faulty product. If it is removed from the oven too early, the polymer will not have melted correctly, which develops bubbles in the finished item.

3. Mould cooling down.
When the material has completely spent the right amount of time in the oven, it is then taken out for cooling. This may be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which creates a cool mist. When the component cools, it reduces somewhat for ease of extraction from the mould. This is yet another procedure that relies a lot on the ideal timing, since rapid cooling reduces the material too fast, causing warping of the material.

4. The unloading or de-molding phase.
As soon as the material inside te mould has cooled successfully, the person managing the procedure can then take out the finalized item from the mould. The technique is repeated from the beginning, making a series of exact product lines.
