1. Mold readying.

3. Mould cooling.
When the product has completely spent the enough of time in the oven, it is then taken out for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which generates a cool mist. When the material cools, it shrinks somewhat for ease of removal from the mold. This is an additional step that depends a lot on the correct timing, since quick cooling decreases the material too quick, causing warping of the product.

4. The removing or de-moulding phase.
Once the material inside te mold has cooled properly, the molder managing the operation can then extract the finished item from the mold. The technique is repeated from the beginning, providing a number of exact products.
