1. Mold preparation.

The main thing that is important at this point is the period of time the mold will spend inside the oven. If it stays to long, the material will lose stability and strength, creating a weak product. If it is removed from the oven prematurely, the polymer will not have melted properly, which creates bubbles in the finished item.

3. Mould cooling down.
When the product has sufficiently spent the correct amount of time in the oven, it is then taken out for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which a cool mist. When the material cools, it reduces slightly for ease of extraction from the mold. This is an additional step that depends a lot on the ideal timing, since rapid cooling decreases the material too quick, causing bending of the product.

4. The offloading or de-molding phase.
As soon as the component inside te mold has cooled effectively, the molder taking care of the procedure can then extract the completed item from the mold. The process is repeated from the start, providing a series of exact products.
