1. Mold readying.

If it overstays, the material will lose stability and durability, making a faulty item. If it is extracted from the oven too early, the polymer will not have melted correctly, which develops bubbles in the completed product.

3. Mold cooling down.
When the component has sufficiently spent the correct amount of time in the oven, it is then removed for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which creates a cool mist. When the component cools, it shrinks a little for ease of removal from the mold. This is yet another step that relies a lot on the ideal timing, since rapid cooling decreases the material too rapidly, causing bending of the product.

4. The discharging or de-moulding step.
Once the component inside te mould has cooled adequately, the person managing the operation can then extract the completed item from the mould. The function is repeated from the start, supplying a series of exact products.
