2. The heat and fusion process.
Once within the oven, the mold is spun on two axis so the powdered polymer liquefies from the heat and layers the inside if the mould. The spinning is done gradually, about 20 rotations per sixty seconds. One thing that is crucial at this moment is the amount of time the mold will spend within the oven. If it overstays, the material will lose value and durability, creating a weak item. If it is extracted from the oven prematurely, the polymer will not have melted properly, which produces bubbles in the finished product.

3. Mold cooling.
When the component has completely spent the right amount of time in the oven, it is then taken out for cooling. This may be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which a cool mist. When the material cools, it reduces somewhat for ease of removal from the mould. This is yet another measure that depends upon a lot on the right timing, since rapid cooling shrinks the material too quickly, causing warping of the material.

4. The unloading or de-molding step.
When the component inside te mould has cooled adequately, the person managing the procedure can then extract the completed item from the mold. The procedure is repeated from the start, giving a number of identical product lines.
