1. Mold readying.

2. The heating and fusion procedure.
Once inside the oven, the mold is turned on two axis so the powdered polymer liquefies from the heat and layers the inside if the mold. The spinning is done slowly and gradually, about 20 spins per sixty seconds. Something that is essential at this moment is the period of time the mold will spend within the oven. If it overstays, the component will lose stability and durability, creating a faulty item. If it is extracted from the oven too early, the polymer will not have melted properly, which creates bubbles in the finished product line.

3. Mold cooling.
When the material has sufficiently spent the enough of time in the oven, it is then removed for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which a cool mist. When the product cools, it shrinks a little for ease of extraction from the mould. This is another measure that relies a lot on the ideal timing, since rapid cooling reduces the material too quickly, causing warping of the product.

4. The discharging or de-moulding step.
When the component inside te mould has cooled successfully, the person taking care of the process can then remove the finished product from the mold. The function is repeated from the start, making a series of exact items.
