1. Mould fitting.

If it stays to long, the material will lose value and durability, producing a poor item. If it is removed from the oven prematurely, the polymer will not have melted correctly, which develops bubbles in the finished product.

3. Mold cooling down.
When the material has completely spent the enough of time in the oven, it is then extracted for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which generates a cool mist. When the material cools, it reduces slightly for ease of removal from the mould. This is an additional procedure that depends a lot on the ideal timing, since rapid cooling decreases the material too rapidly, causing bending of the material.

4. The un-loading or de-moulding step.
Once the product inside te mould has cooled adequately, the molder handling the process can then remove the finished product from the mould. The process is repeated from the start, providing a number of exact items.
