1. Mold prep work.

3. Mold cooling.

This may be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which generates a cool mist. When the product cools, it reduces somewhat for ease of removal from the mould. This is another measure that depends upon a lot on the right timing, since rapid cooling reduces the material too fast, causing warping of the item.

4. The offloading or de-moulding phase.
Once the material within te mold has cooled correctly, the person handling the process can then remove the finalized item from the mold. The technique is repeated from the beginning, providing a series of identical products.
