3. Mould cooling.
When the component has completely spent the enough of time in the oven, it is then extracted for cooling. This may be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which generates a cool mist. When the component cools, it shrinks slightly for ease of extraction from the mold. This is another step that relies a lot on the ideal timing, since quick cooling shrinks the material too rapidly, causing warping of the item.
4. The unloading or de-molding step.
Once the material inside te mould has cooled successfully, the molder managing the procedure can then remove the finished item from the mold. The technique is repeated from the beginning, supplying a series of exact product lines.
