1. Mould prep work.

3. Mold cooling down.
When the component has sufficiently spent the enough of time in the oven, it is then taken out for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which a cool mist. When the component cools, it reduces slightly for ease of extraction from the mold. This is another measure that depends upon a lot on the right timing, since rapid cooling shrinks the material too fast, causing bending of the product.

4. The un-loading or de-molding step.
As soon as the component within te mold has cooled effectively, the person taking care of the procedure can then remove the completed product from the mold. The function is repeated from the start, supplying a series of exact items.
