1. Mold prep work.

2. The heating and fusion procedure.

If it overstays, the material will lose value and durability, creating a weak product. If it is taken out from the oven too early, the polymer will not have flowed properly, which develops bubbles in the finished product line.

3. Mould cooling.
When the component has completely spent the enough of time in the oven, it is then extracted for cooling. This may be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which generates a cool mist. When the product cools, it shrinks a little for ease of removal from the mold. This is another procedure that depends upon a lot on the right timing, since quick cooling shrinks the material too fast, causing bending of the item.

4. The discharging or de-moulding step.
Once the material inside te mould has cooled correctly, the molder managing the process can then take out the finalized item from the mold. The function is repeated from the beginning, supplying a number of exact products.
