The spinning is done slowly and gradually, about 20 spins per sixty seconds. One thing that is vital at this point is the amount of time the mould will spend within the oven. If it overstays, the product will lose stability and strength, producing a weak item. If it is extracted from the oven too early, the polymer will not have flowed correctly, which generates bubbles in the finalized product line.

3. Mold cooling.
When the product has completely spent the correct amount of time in the oven, it is then extracted for cooling. This may be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which a cool mist. When the component cools, it shrinks slightly for ease of extraction from the mold. This is an additional step that depends upon a lot on the ideal timing, since quick cooling reduces the material too fast, causing warping of the item.

4. The removing or de-molding step.
As soon as the material within te mould has cooled properly, the person handling the procedure can then extract the completed product from the mould. The process is repeated from the start, supplying a number of exact items.
