1. Mould prep work.

3. Mould cooling.
When the product has completely spent the right amount of time in the oven, it is then taken out for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which a cool mist. When the component cools, it shrinks somewhat for ease of removal from the mould. This is an additional measure that depends upon a lot on the ideal timing, since rapid cooling reduces the material too rapidly, causing bending of the item.

4. The removing or de-moulding phase.
When the component inside te mould has cooled effectively, the molder taking care of the procedure can then take out the completed product from the mould. The procedure is repeated from the start, supplying a series of similar product lines.
