The Rotomoulding Procedure Components

1. Mould preparation.

If it stays to long, the material will lose value and durability, generating a faulty product. If it is extracted from the oven prematurely, the polymer will not have liquefied correctly, which creates bubbles in the finalized item.

3. Mould cooling down.
When the product has completely spent the correct amount of time in the oven, it is then removed for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which generates a cool mist. When the product cools, it reduces a little for ease of removal from the mold. This is another measure that depends a lot on the correct timing, since quick cooling reduces the material too rapidly, causing bending of the material.

4. The discharging or de-moulding phase.
When the product inside te mould has cooled successfully, the molder handling the process can then extract the finalized item from the mould. The procedure is repeated from the beginning, making a series of exact products.
