1. Mold prep work.

2. The heating and fusion process.

3. Mold cooling.
When the component has sufficiently spent the correct amount of time in the oven, it is then removed for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which generates a cool mist. When the material cools, it reduces slightly for ease of extraction from the mold. This is an additional measure that depends a lot on the ideal timing, since quick cooling decreases the material too rapidly, causing bending of the material.

4. The discharging or de-molding phase.
As soon as the product inside te mould has cooled properly, the molder managing the procedure can then remove the completed item from the mold. The technique is repeated from the start, supplying a number of similar product lines.
