If it stays to long, the component will lose value and strength, generating a poor item. If it is extracted from the oven prematurely, the polymer will not have liquefied properly, which generates bubbles in the finished product line.

3. Mold cooling down.
When the material has completely spent the right amount of time in the oven, it is then removed for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which generates a cool mist. When the product cools, it reduces a little for ease of extraction from the mold. This is yet another measure that depends a lot on the correct timing, since rapid cooling decreases the material too rapidly, causing bending of the material.

4. The un-loading or de-moulding step.
Once the product inside te mold has cooled correctly, the person managing the procedure can then remove the finalized product from the mold. The procedure is repeated from the beginning, giving a series of exact items.
