1. Mould prep work.

3. Mould cooling down.
When the component has completely spent the right amount of time in the oven, it is then removed for cooling. This may be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which generates a cool mist. When the product cools, it reduces slightly for ease of extraction from the mold. This is yet another measure that relies a lot on the ideal timing, since quick cooling reduces the material too fast, causing bending of the product.

4. The removing or de-molding phase.
As soon as the component inside te mold has cooled properly, the person managing the operation can then remove the finished product from the mould. The process is repeated from the start, supplying a number of similar products.
