1. Mold prep work.

If it is removed from the oven too early, the polymer will not have liquefied correctly, which develops bubbles in the finalized product.

3. Mold cooling.
When the material has sufficiently spent the correct amount of time in the oven, it is then extracted for cooling. This may be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which generates a cool mist. When the product cools, it reduces slightly for ease of extraction from the mold. This is an additional measure that relies a lot on the right timing, since quick cooling shrinks the material too quickly, causing bending of the product.

4. The un-loading or de-moulding phase.
As soon as the component within te mold has cooled effectively, the molder taking care of the operation can then take out the completed item from the mold. The function is repeated from the beginning, supplying a number of identical items.
