1. Mould preparation.

3. Mold cooling down.
When the material has sufficiently spent the right amount of time in the oven, it is then taken out for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which generates a cool mist. When the product cools, it reduces a little for ease of extraction from the mold. This is yet another measure that relies a lot on the ideal timing, since quick cooling decreases the material too fast, causing warping of the item.

4. The offloading or de-moulding step.
When the product within te mould has cooled effectively, the person managing the procedure can then take out the finished item from the mold. The procedure is repeated from the beginning, providing a series of similar product lines.
