1. Mould prep work.

If it stays to long, the material will lose value and durability, generating a faulty product. If it is extracted from the oven too early, the polymer will not have flowed properly, which develops bubbles in the completed product line.

3. Mold cooling down.
When the material has completely spent the correct amount of time in the oven, it is then extracted for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which generates a cool mist. When the material cools, it shrinks slightly for ease of extraction from the mold. This is one more step that depends a lot on the ideal timing, since quick cooling decreases the material too quick, causing bending of the product.

4. The removing or de-molding step.
Once the component inside te mould has cooled correctly, the person taking care of the operation can then take out the finalized product from the mold. The procedure is repeated from the beginning, supplying a number of exact product lines.
