1. Mould fitting.

If it overstays, the material will lose value and strength, producing a weak product. If it is removed from the oven too early, the polymer will not have liquefied properly, which generates bubbles in the finalized item.

3. Mold cooling.
When the component has sufficiently spent the right amount of time in the oven, it is then removed for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which generates a cool mist. When the material cools, it reduces a little for ease of removal from the mold. This is one more measure that depends upon a lot on the correct timing, since rapid cooling shrinks the material too quick, causing warping of the material.

4. The un-loading or de-moulding phase.
As soon as the component within te mold has cooled successfully, the person handling the procedure can then take out the completed product from the mold. The process is repeated from the start, supplying a series of identical products.
