1. Mold readying.

2. The heat and fusion step.
Once placed into the oven, the mould is spun on two axis so the powdered polymer melts from the heat and overlays the inside if the mold. The rotation is done slowly, about 20 rotations per min. The main thing that is crucial at this point is the amount of time the mold will spend inside the oven. If it overstays, the product will lose stability and durability, producing a poor item. If it is taken out from the oven too early, the polymer will not have liquefied properly, which develops bubbles in the finished product line.

3. Mould cooling down.
When the component has completely spent the correct amount of time in the oven, it is then taken out for cooling. This may be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which creates a cool mist. When the product cools, it reduces a little for ease of extraction from the mold. This is another procedure that depends a lot on the ideal timing, since quick cooling reduces the material too rapidly, causing bending of the material.

4. The un-loading or de-molding phase.
As soon as the material inside te mould has cooled properly, the person managing the procedure can then remove the completed product from the mold. The function is repeated from the beginning, making a series of similar product lines.
