1. Mould prep work.

3. Mold cooling down.
When the product has sufficiently spent the right amount of time in the oven, it is then extracted for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which a cool mist. When the material cools, it reduces slightly for ease of extraction from the mold. This is yet another measure that depends a lot on the correct timing, since quick cooling shrinks the material too fast, causing bending of the item.

4. The removing or de-molding phase.
When the material within te mold has cooled correctly, the molder handling the procedure can then take out the finalized product from the mold. The process is repeated from the beginning, giving a number of similar items.
