1. Mould fitting.

If it overstays, the product will lose value and strength, generating a weak product. If it is extracted from the oven prematurely, the polymer will not have flowed correctly, which produces bubbles in the finalized item.

3. Mould cooling down.
When the component has completely spent the right amount of time in the oven, it is then taken out for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which a cool mist. When the component cools, it reduces a little for ease of removal from the mold. This is yet another measure that depends upon a lot on the correct timing, since quick cooling decreases the material too rapidly, causing warping of the item.

4. The unloading or de-moulding step.
As soon as the product within te mould has cooled effectively, the person managing the process can then extract the completed item from the mold. The function is repeated from the beginning, providing a series of similar product lines.
