1. Mould prep work.

3. Mold cooling down.
When the product has completely spent the right amount of time in the oven, it is then removed for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which a cool mist. When the material cools, it reduces slightly for ease of removal from the mold. This is an additional measure that relies a lot on the correct timing, since rapid cooling shrinks the material too quick, causing bending of the material.

4. The un-loading or de-moulding phase.
Once the product within te mould has cooled correctly, the person managing the procedure can then take out the finalized item from the mould. The procedure is repeated from the start, giving a number of exact product lines.
