If it is extracted from the oven too early, the polymer will not have melted correctly, which develops bubbles in the finished product.

3. Mold cooling down.
When the product has completely spent the enough of time in the oven, it is then removed for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which creates a cool mist. When the product cools, it reduces slightly for ease of extraction from the mold. This is an additional measure that depends upon a lot on the correct timing, since rapid cooling decreases the material too fast, causing bending of the material.

4. The removing or de-moulding step.
As soon as the material inside te mold has cooled effectively, the molder taking care of the process can then remove the completed product from the mould. The technique is repeated from the start, giving a series of exact product lines.
