1. Mould readying.

3. Mould cooling.
When the material has completely spent the right amount of time in the oven, it is then taken out for cooling. This may be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which generates a cool mist. When the material cools, it reduces somewhat for ease of extraction from the mould. This is another procedure that depends a lot on the right timing, since rapid cooling shrinks the material too fast, causing warping of the product.

4. The unloading or de-molding phase.
As soon as the material inside te mold has cooled correctly, the molder handling the process can then take out the finished item from the mold. The function is repeated from the start, supplying a series of identical items.
