1. Mould prep work.

If it is removed from the oven too early, the polymer will not have melted correctly, which produces bubbles in the completed product.

3. Mold cooling down.
When the product has completely spent the enough of time in the oven, it is then taken out for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which a cool mist. When the product cools, it reduces a little for ease of extraction from the mold. This is an additional measure that relies a lot on the right timing, since rapid cooling reduces the material too quick, causing bending of the item.

4. The offloading or de-molding step.
Once the product within te mould has cooled correctly, the person taking care of the process can then take out the completed product from the mould. The technique is repeated from the beginning, supplying a number of identical products.
