1. Mould preparation.

3. Mould cooling down.
When the material has sufficiently spent the enough of time in the oven, it is then extracted for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which generates a cool mist. When the material cools, it shrinks somewhat for ease of extraction from the mold. This is another procedure that depends a lot on the ideal timing, since quick cooling decreases the material too fast, causing bending of the product.

4. The discharging or de-moulding phase.
When the product inside te mold has cooled correctly, the molder handling the procedure can then remove the completed item from the mold. The procedure is repeated from the beginning, giving a series of similar items.
