3. Mould cooling down.

This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which creates a cool mist. When the product cools, it shrinks a little for ease of removal from the mold. This is one more step that depends upon a lot on the ideal timing, since quick cooling reduces the material too quick, causing bending of the item.

4. The offloading or de-moulding phase.
As soon as the material inside te mould has cooled correctly, the person managing the process can then extract the completed item from the mould. The function is repeated from the start, making a series of identical items.
