1. Mould readying.

If it stays to long, the material will lose value and strength, producing a faulty product. If it is removed from the oven prematurely, the polymer will not have flowed properly, which develops bubbles in the finished item.

3. Mould cooling down.
When the material has completely spent the correct amount of time in the oven, it is then removed for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which creates a cool mist. When the product cools, it shrinks slightly for ease of removal from the mould. This is an additional step that depends upon a lot on the right timing, since rapid cooling reduces the material too quickly, causing bending of the product.

4. The un-loading or de-moulding step.
As soon as the product within te mold has cooled effectively, the person handling the procedure can then remove the finalized item from the mould. The process is repeated from the start, making a number of exact product lines.
