1. Mold fitting.

3. Mold cooling.
When the material has sufficiently spent the correct amount of time in the oven, it is then removed for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which a cool mist. When the material cools, it shrinks somewhat for ease of extraction from the mould. This is an additional procedure that depends upon a lot on the ideal timing, since quick cooling shrinks the material too quick, causing warping of the material.

4. The offloading or de-molding phase.
As soon as the product within te mould has cooled adequately, the person managing the procedure can then remove the completed item from the mould. The function is repeated from the start, supplying a series of similar products.
