1. Mould prep work.

3. Mould cooling down.
When the component has completely spent the correct amount of time in the oven, it is then removed for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which creates a cool mist. When the product cools, it shrinks a little for ease of removal from the mould. This is yet another measure that relies a lot on the correct timing, since quick cooling decreases the material too rapidly, causing bending of the product.

4. The un-loading or de-moulding phase.
When the product inside te mould has cooled adequately, the person managing the procedure can then take out the completed product from the mold. The technique is repeated from the beginning, providing a number of identical items.
