1. Mold fitting.

If it stays to long, the product will lose value and durability, making a poor product. If it is extracted from the oven prematurely, the polymer will not have flowed properly, which produces bubbles in the finalized product.

3. Mold cooling.
When the product has completely spent the correct amount of time in the oven, it is then extracted for cooling. This may be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which generates a cool mist. When the product cools, it reduces somewhat for ease of removal from the mold. This is one more step that depends a lot on the ideal timing, since quick cooling decreases the material too quick, causing bending of the item.

4. The unloading or de-molding step.
Once the component inside te mold has cooled effectively, the person managing the process can then remove the completed product from the mould. The technique is repeated from the start, giving a number of similar product lines.
