The Rotomoulding Procedure in Detail

1. Mold prep work.

If it is taken out from the oven too early, the polymer will not have melted properly, which develops bubbles in the completed product line.

3. Mold cooling down.
When the material has completely spent the enough of time in the oven, it is then removed for cooling. This may be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which a cool mist. When the material cools, it reduces somewhat for ease of extraction from the mould. This is another step that depends a lot on the correct timing, since rapid cooling reduces the material too quick, causing warping of the product.

4. The discharging or de-moulding phase.
When the component inside te mould has cooled effectively, the person handling the operation can then take out the completed product from the mold. The function is repeated from the beginning, supplying a series of exact product lines.
