1. Mold prep work.

2. The heat and fusion phase.
Once inside the oven, the mould is spun on two axis so the powdered polymer melts from the heat and layers the inside if the mold. The rotation is done gradually, about 20 rotations per minute. Something that is critical at this moment is the amount of time the mold will spend within the oven. If it stays to long, the component will lose stability and durability, creating a faulty item. If it is removed from the oven prematurely, the polymer will not have liquefied correctly, which generates bubbles in the completed product line.

3. Mold cooling down.
When the component has completely spent the enough of time in the oven, it is then extracted for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which a cool mist. When the material cools, it reduces somewhat for ease of extraction from the mould. This is yet another measure that depends a lot on the correct timing, since rapid cooling reduces the material too quickly, causing warping of the product.

4. The discharging or de-molding step.
As soon as the product inside te mold has cooled correctly, the molder taking care of the procedure can then extract the completed product from the mould. The function is repeated from the beginning, supplying a series of exact product lines.
