1. Mould prep work.

When the material cools, it shrinks somewhat for ease of removal from the mould. This is another step that depends a lot on the right timing, since rapid cooling decreases the material too fast, causing warping of the product.

4. The unloading or de-molding phase.
As soon as the product within te mould has cooled successfully, the molder managing the operation can then remove the finished item from the mold. The process is repeated from the beginning, giving a series of identical items.
