If it overstays, the component will lose value and strength, creating a weak product. If it is extracted from the oven prematurely, the polymer will not have liquefied correctly, which generates bubbles in the finalized item.

3. Mould cooling down.
When the component has sufficiently spent the correct amount of time in the oven, it is then extracted for cooling. This may be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which creates a cool mist. When the material cools, it reduces a little for ease of extraction from the mold. This is yet another procedure that depends upon a lot on the correct timing, since quick cooling decreases the material too fast, causing bending of the product.

4. The offloading or de-molding phase.
Once the material inside te mould has cooled successfully, the molder handling the process can then extract the completed product from the mould. The technique is repeated from the start, supplying a number of similar products.
