1. Mold readying.

If it stays to long, the component will lose stability and strength, creating a poor product. If it is taken out from the oven too early, the polymer will not have flowed properly, which generates bubbles in the finished product line.

3. Mould cooling down.
When the component has sufficiently spent the correct amount of time in the oven, it is then removed for cooling. This may be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which creates a cool mist. When the material cools, it reduces slightly for ease of extraction from the mould. This is an additional step that depends upon a lot on the correct timing, since rapid cooling decreases the material too fast, causing warping of the item.

4. The removing or de-moulding phase.
Once the component within te mold has cooled effectively, the molder taking care of the operation can then extract the finished item from the mold. The procedure is repeated from the beginning, supplying a number of exact product lines.
