1. Mold fitting.

If it stays to long, the material will lose stability and durability, producing a faulty product. If it is removed from the oven prematurely, the polymer will not have liquefied properly, which develops bubbles in the finished product.

3. Mold cooling.
When the product has sufficiently spent the enough of time in the oven, it is then extracted for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which generates a cool mist. When the component cools, it shrinks slightly for ease of extraction from the mold. This is yet another step that relies a lot on the ideal timing, since quick cooling decreases the material too rapidly, causing bending of the item.

4. The discharging or de-molding phase.
Once the product inside te mold has cooled adequately, the molder managing the operation can then extract the finished item from the mold. The procedure is repeated from the start, making a number of exact product lines.
