1. Mold prep work.

3. Mold cooling.
When the component has sufficiently spent the right amount of time in the oven, it is then extracted for cooling. This may be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which generates a cool mist. When the component cools, it reduces a little for ease of extraction from the mould. This is an additional procedure that relies a lot on the right timing, since quick cooling shrinks the material too fast, causing warping of the material.

4. The discharging or de-molding phase.
When the component within te mold has cooled properly, the molder handling the process can then extract the completed product from the mold. The process is repeated from the beginning, giving a series of exact products.
