1. Mould fitting.

2. The heating and fusion phase.
Once inside the oven, the mould is spun on two axis so the powdered polymer liquefies from the heat and overlays the inside if the mold. The spinning is done slowly, about 20 rotations per sixty seconds. The main thing that is vital at this moment is the period of time the mould will spend within the oven. If it stays to long, the product will lose value and durability, creating a poor product. If it is removed from the oven prematurely, the polymer will not have melted properly, which develops bubbles in the finalized product line.

3. Mould cooling.
When the product has sufficiently spent the enough of time in the oven, it is then taken out for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which generates a cool mist. When the component cools, it shrinks a little for ease of removal from the mould. This is another procedure that relies a lot on the ideal timing, since rapid cooling shrinks the material too quickly, causing bending of the material.

4. The discharging or de-moulding step.
As soon as the product inside te mould has cooled effectively, the person taking care of the procedure can then remove the completed item from the mold. The procedure is repeated from the start, supplying a series of identical products.
