2. The heat and fusion procedure.
Once inside the oven, the mold is revolved on two axis so the powdered polymer melts from the heat and overlays the inside if the mould. The spinning is done slowly, about 20 spins per minute. Something that is vital at this point is the amount of time the mold will spend inside the oven. If it stays to long, the material will lose value and durability, generating a poor item. If it is extracted from the oven prematurely, the polymer will not have melted correctly, which develops bubbles in the finalized item.

3. Mold cooling.
When the component has sufficiently spent the correct amount of time in the oven, it is then taken out for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which generates a cool mist. When the material cools, it reduces a little for ease of extraction from the mold. This is one more measure that relies a lot on the correct timing, since rapid cooling shrinks the material too fast, causing bending of the item.

4. The un-loading or de-molding step.
As soon as the product inside te mould has cooled adequately, the molder taking care of the procedure can then extract the finalized product from the mould. The function is repeated from the start, supplying a number of similar product lines.
