If it overstays, the product will lose value and strength, creating a faulty item. If it is removed from the oven prematurely, the polymer will not have melted correctly, which produces bubbles in the finished product line.

3. Mold cooling.
When the product has completely spent the correct amount of time in the oven, it is then removed for cooling. This may be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which a cool mist. When the product cools, it reduces a little for ease of extraction from the mold. This is another step that depends upon a lot on the right timing, since quick cooling reduces the material too rapidly, causing bending of the material.

4. The offloading or de-molding phase.
Once the component within te mould has cooled successfully, the person managing the process can then remove the finished product from the mold. The process is repeated from the start, providing a number of exact items.
