1. Mould readying.

This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which generates a cool mist. When the material cools, it shrinks slightly for ease of removal from the mould. This is yet another measure that depends upon a lot on the ideal timing, since quick cooling reduces the material too rapidly, causing bending of the material.

4. The un-loading or de-molding step.
When the material inside te mold has cooled successfully, the person handling the procedure can then extract the completed item from the mold. The procedure is repeated from the start, giving a number of identical items.
