The main thing that is crucial at this moment is the amount of time the mold will spend within the oven. If it overstays, the material will lose value and strength, creating a poor product. If it is extracted from the oven too early, the polymer will not have melted correctly, which creates bubbles in the finished product.

3. Mold cooling down.
When the product has sufficiently spent the right amount of time in the oven, it is then removed for cooling. This may be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which generates a cool mist. When the component cools, it reduces somewhat for ease of extraction from the mold. This is one more measure that relies a lot on the ideal timing, since rapid cooling reduces the material too quickly, causing bending of the item.

4. The un-loading or de-moulding phase.
When the material inside te mould has cooled adequately, the person managing the process can then take out the finished product from the mold. The technique is repeated from the beginning, giving a series of exact products.
