1. Mold preparation.

If it stays to long, the product will lose stability and strength, making a weak product. 3. Mould cooling.
When the material has sufficiently spent the correct amount of time in the oven, it is then taken out for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which a cool mist. When the material cools, it shrinks slightly for ease of removal from the mould. This is yet another measure that depends a lot on the right timing, since quick cooling decreases the material too quick, causing bending of the item.

4. The un-loading or de-moulding step.
When the product within te mould has cooled effectively, the person managing the process can then take out the finished item from the mold. The function is repeated from the beginning, giving a number of identical products.
