1. Mold preparation.

If it is removed from the oven too early, the polymer will not have flowed properly, which creates bubbles in the finished product line.

3. Mould cooling down.
When the component has sufficiently spent the correct amount of time in the oven, it is then extracted for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which creates a cool mist. When the product cools, it reduces a little for ease of extraction from the mold. This is another step that relies a lot on the correct timing, since quick cooling reduces the material too fast, causing warping of the material.

4. The removing or de-molding step.
Once the material inside te mold has cooled effectively, the molder taking care of the procedure can then take out the completed item from the mold. The function is repeated from the beginning, supplying a series of similar products.
