If it overstays, the component will lose stability and strength, producing a poor item. If it is extracted from the oven prematurely, the polymer will not have melted properly, which produces bubbles in the finished product.

3. Mold cooling.
When the component has completely spent the enough of time in the oven, it is then taken out for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which a cool mist. When the component cools, it reduces somewhat for ease of removal from the mold. This is yet another procedure that depends a lot on the ideal timing, since rapid cooling decreases the material too quick, causing bending of the material.

4. The offloading or de-molding phase.
Once the component inside te mold has cooled adequately, the molder managing the procedure can then remove the completed product from the mould. The procedure is repeated from the start, providing a number of identical products.
