1. Mould preparation.

If it is removed from the oven prematurely, the polymer will not have melted correctly, which produces bubbles in the finalized product.

3. Mould cooling down.
When the material has completely spent the right amount of time in the oven, it is then removed for cooling. This may be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which creates a cool mist. When the product cools, it reduces a little for ease of extraction from the mold. This is an additional measure that relies a lot on the ideal timing, since quick cooling shrinks the material too rapidly, causing bending of the product.

4. The unloading or de-moulding phase.
Once the material inside te mould has cooled correctly, the molder managing the operation can then remove the finalized item from the mold. The procedure is repeated from the start, making a series of identical products.
